Harvest Festival Appeal 2026

27 August 2026

Together, we can feed hope

This Harvest, Norwich Foodbank is asking our local community to come together and help support local people facing hunger and hardship.

Harvest is a wonderful opportunity for schools, churches, youth groups, community groups and individuals to make a practical difference by donating long-life food.

Get involved

Schools and youth groups:
Our Tin Appeal is a great way to get children and young people involved. Why not set your group a tin collection challenge and see how much you can collect together?

Churches, community groups and individuals:
Our wider Harvest Appeal welcomes donations of long-life food, including:

  • Packets of rice
  • Pasta
  • Tinned vegetables
  • Tinned fruit
  • Tinned meat
  • Tinned fish
  • Tinned custard

Every donation, however large or small, can help provide support for people in our local community.

In the 12 months ending 31 July 2026, Norwich Foodbank provided more than 10,000 food parcels to local households.

How you can help

Please get involved in our Harvest Festival Appeal by organising a collection at your school, youth group, church or community group, or by making a personal donation.

Please ensure that donated food is in date and unopened.

For more information, or if you have any questions about getting involved, please contact [email protected].
