Our volunteers are available to speak to Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm. We can then direct you to the most appropriate agency to give you a foodbank voucher.

If you are in financial crisis and live in England or Wales, please call 0808 2082138 for free (open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) to talk confidentially with a trained Citizens Advice adviser. They can help address your crises and provide support to maximise your income, help you navigate the benefits system, and identify any additional grants you could be entitled to. If needed, they’ll issue you with a voucher so you can get an emergency food parcel from your local food bank.

Food donations can be made at the Foodbank Warehouse, Unit 14, Henderson Industrial Units, Ivy Road (off Bowthorpe Road), Norwich, NR5 8BF - open Mon, Thurs and Fri 9-1pm (excluding bank holidays).
Please see below for food bank distribution centre opening times and locations to redeem foodbank vouchers. If your foodbank parcel has no specific requirements for dietary needs or cooking facilities, you can redeem your voucher at any of the centres below.
