Scouts in the Warehouse

We regularly have groups in our warehouse to get hands-on experience of what we do and how we work and to encourage ongoing relationships. Most recently we hosted Hethersett Scouts, weighing in donations and making single parcels, ensuring they were reading the picking lists, as we had purposefully picked some of the wrong items to help encourage them to check thoroughly. I asked one group what cereal they thought an adult would like, as opposed to just thinking what they would like personally when choosing the items and was told adults are boring, cornflakes are boring, so adults must like cornflakes.
